A triple Ligero wrapped in the most beautiful PA Broadleaf you will find. This is the same blend as in the PANACEA Classic Pennsylvania, but in a bigger gauge. Here, in the PANACEA Grande Line you can enjoy the PA-41 in a 5x60, or a 6x60.
